About the Founder Summer Landrith, founder of World Languages 4 Kids, is a teacher with a degree in French and Art History from the College of Charleston. With over 11 years of teaching and private instruction, she is passionate about sharing her love of French and French culture with children. She has lived in Aix-en-Provence, France and traveled extensively through Europe. She has two young boys and helps coach for the College of Charleston rowing team as well as the Charleston Community Rowing Club. Andrea Ferrari Petit Francais, Charlotte After studying French since 1992, Andrea has finally come full circle back to her French beginnings - teaching! She is a proud graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies. She took time after college to work in various other industries while always dreaming of France and the French language. In 2004, she entered graduate school to study education and realized her dream of teaching French. She has recently worked as a high school French teacher in the Charlotte, NC area. Andrea has studied and traveled in Canada, France and Guadeloupe. |

| Maria Gallego Spanish and French teacher Maria is a native French and English speaker with a profound love of languages especially Spanish and more recently, Brazilian Portuguese. She has tutored children and adults in foreign language since 2005 and has taught several conversation classes at the College of Charleston. In 2008, she completed a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education with minors in Spanish and Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Languages and enjoys singing with the choir at the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, playing Capoeira, dancing and planning her next trip abroad. |

| Molly Dargan French Teacher Molly Dargan has had a passion for the French language and culture since an early age. Molly’s best friend growing up moved to the U.S. from France, and therefore she was exposed to French on an almost daily basis and was able to visit France numerous times with her friend’s family. Molly chose to major in French Studies while at Sewanee: The University of the South and minored in History. She lived in the south of France during her junior year abroad and returned to France for a few months after graduation. After working in Charleston for a few years, she realized she missed speaking French. She decided to pursue her South Carolina teacher’s certification through the College of Charleston, and is now certified in French, k-12. She student taught at Stall High School in the spring of 2009 and began teaching 4th – 8th grade French at Mason Preparatory School in August of 2009. Although she loved teaching, she decided to take some time off after her daughter, Eliza, was born. Molly is excited to return to teaching and looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm and love of French with her students. |
| Paulina Suzan Stevens Spanish and French Teacher Paulina earned her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in 2011 majoring in French and History. She is a native of Mexico and moved to Charleston in 2008. In addition to being a native Spanish speaker she lived in Bordeaux for a year as an Au Pair achieving complete fluency in French. She has a strong love of language instilled in her by her parents, who sent her to bilingual English and Spanish schools from preschool until her graduation from high school. Last year she began studying German. |
